Booked a super double room with a queen bed, when we checked in we were told they only had 1 room left which had 2 twin beds. The room was SO hot when we walked in we had to leave the room for several hours with 2 fans running to even make it tolerable. The manager was so nice & apologetic, he was the only reason we stayed for the night. The water pressure was basically a dribble, would never stay here again.

The staff went above and beyond when I had a personal issue booking a train. All staff, restaurant servers and housekeepers were all very pleasant, helpful and just genuine. We loved the vinyl selection in our room and also the coffee machine.

Room was well appointed wit excellent electrical appliances i.e hairdryer and fan.The only disappointment was the shower poor temperature and access safety points handle in shower could be better placed room 11
