Carefully check the hotel location when booking

The staff at Achat Hotel, Brunner Street in Dresden were most supportive in helping me navigate the city. The Hotels.com site was a bit confusing and I booked into this hotel instead of the Achat Hotel closer to the central train station, where I thought I had booked. Transportation was incovenient to and from center city, but the location was nicer.

My stay was overall nice. Positives: The room is clean. The reception Staff are amazing, they are fast and helped with my request quickly. The Bed is comfortable and the room is cozy. Negatives: There was a road construction in front of the Hotel with no parking places and the hotel parking was expensive as an option. There was no fridge in room unfortunately although there was a place were it should be there. Solutions for the negatives are possible in my opinion to make this an even nicer Hotel.

Far from Dresden central station. Taxi from Dresden train station to hotel is €30. We decided to take the tram after check out. We're lucky people walking around showed us the way to tram station. Nice hotel but there's no ac.

Very good and cosy hotel! Nice and clean room, equipped with everything you could need. Two things that could be improved: please, change the pillows, they are terrible; and also don't charge for the coffee in the room - it is indeed bad practice. Everything else ir perfect and I would recommend this hotel for everyone, who does not need to stay in the center of Dresden.

Alles in allem bewerte ich meinen Aufenthalt gut. Das Personal an der Reception war im Gegensatz zu dem Frühstückspersonal freundlich. Das Zimmer war sauber, die Ausstattung war gut aber eher eine 3Sterne Ausstattung, kein Kühlschrank und keinen Kaffeeautomat, dieses gab es nur gegen zusätzliche Bezahlung. Dennoch würde ich wieder für 2-3 Nächte buchen.

Kaum Parkplätze , im EG war es bis spät abends sehr Laut da im Hof geraucht und getrunken wurde, auch im Foyer war es bis in die Nacht Laut schlafen unmöglich!! Überall Staub , Fernbedienung vom TV unbrauchbar, auf jeden Fall keine 4 Sterne, aber die Mitarbeiter waren sehr nett!! WLAN ist ein Zustand

Urusel ventilation på rummet. Enda sättet att vädra och få in frisk luft var genom att öppna fönstren. Dessutom stod där alltid folk som pratade och rökte på gårdsplanen nedanför ungefär fram till midnatt. Ingen höjdare att bli störd hela tiden när man försöker somna och det blir inte bättre av att det drar in cigarettrök på rummet🙁! Om du vill ha nära till city välj ett annat hotell även av den anledningen. Det tar runt en trekvart enkel väg in till stan med buss och spårvagn. Ganska drygt…
