"It was just a 1 night stay before an early flight but really wish we could’ve stayed longer! Felt immediately at home by the welcoming staff and the hotel was bursting with character. It’s very basic (but expected for the price) and a little run down but this just added to its rustic charm. "We came back from a fantastic stay in Agadir and Argana hotel. Our room was a quadruple family room which was clean and like the pictures. The staff at the hotel are extremely hardworking, especially the cleaners and the restaurant staff. You may see comments from other guests commenting on the restaurant and food on the floor etc. However this is not staff problem, this is a guest problem. It is such a shame to see guests take so much food and leave them unfinished as well as leave tables and floors in such a dirty state. Food wastage by guests is so shameful especially given the poverty in the surrounding areas of Agadir. The cleaners and staff try their best to keep up ! Other than this, the food was good of a decent variety that you would expect from an all inclusive. The room was cleaned daily and thoroughly by the cleaners to a good standard. My only complaints about our stay: The gym requires a payment to use which I've never heard of, it's always been included anywhere we've stayed. Towels were also chargeable for the pool. Music at night time would be quite head thumpingly loud up until 2am, however I'm not sure if this was due to the nightly programme or the night clubs near by. Other than this, a busy, lively hotel overall. Agadir itself is lovely and this trip was a lovely experience for me and my family."
