The staff was extremely friendly, the room was awesome nice views. The only downfall was the grotto was closed for maintenance. That was one of the reasons we picked the Resort. So we are going to try it again in the fall.

The staff were all professional, courteous, accommodating and friendly.
The hotel was lovely and the proximity to the beach was only a f minute walk. The Primrose restaurant was nice, and the food was good. Their single glass of wine selection was limited when it comes to reasonablly price. More economical options would be nice.
As lovely and nice the hotel was, the resort fees on top of the extremely high priced spa packages and additional room service fees will certainly deter us from staying there again.

Overall it was a good stay. The location for us was the best in the area. Staff were great. The parking cost $15 a night extra which wasn’t mentioned anywhere. There’s no breakfast included. Those two things were the only negatives.

The property set the bar for a relaxing, yet engaging, vacation. The room was spacious, as we were accommodating five people.The food choices were diverse and the pool areas were laid out beautifully. The live music by the pool was such a a nice touch, and there was any activity one could want by the water. A swift walk to the beach for another adventure directly across from the hotel set the tone for a day of fun I. The sun. We will be back.
