« Toilet stopped working. Had to fill up the tank with every flush. This happened the morning of departure. Did report to the front desk at checkout. »

« 1st room: Keurig maker was dirty so I started to clean it. Kitchen sink backed up with a nasty brown fluid I had not yet unpacked. Went to the front desk and they wanted me to wait a few hours until the maintenance person arrived. I said no, I'd like a new room. they gave me one across the hall. Second room: Faucets, toilet, shower, okay. However, light bulb out. when I picked up the room phone to call the front desk, its cord was broken so I had to go to the lobby. Front desk...

« This hotel was great overall! very inviting lobby, and spacious dining area. The staff ladies were very helpful, friendly and efficient. Checking in and checking out were fast and painless. The rooms were very clean and comfortable, great comfortable bed and pillows. Great complimentary gourmet coffee varieties at lobby, also enjoyed the buffet breakfast in the morning, (small fee). Overall, had a very pleasant two-night stay at this hotel. »

« Room was clean upon our arrival, staff was very pleasant and helpful, breakfast was too repetitive, many nearby Restaurants, lots of good shopping areas are close, room smelled unpleasant like bug spray or cleaning fluid, didn't clean room during our 5- day stay, had to go to front desk to get clean towels every day. »

Hotels.com me dit que c'est l’hôtel qui doit me la fournir. Pas même de reçu possible dans l'application hotels.com dans ce cas là. « I have been going to this hotel for years. The motel needs lots of work. Things are missing and doors do not fit, the only thing that was good, was the beds were clean. The free breakfast was a joke. They did not even have any coffee for the guest. The waffle machine did not work and there were only three apples in the ben, and the top one was rotten. There were no one around to complain to. The worst thing that happened was the electricity on the whole wing went out and no one came to the room...
