"It was perfect for my stay :) The staff was fantastic and so helpful, Ingeard that it has not been renovated in .. awhile and it showed but honestly… when you’re in NY and staying in Mid town … you’re not hanging in your room Overall would def recommend it’s convenient affordable has a gym and super central! "

"Don’t get me wrong the staff was extremely friendly and the location was great however that’s pretty much where it stops. The air in the room didn’t work and the radiator made a rattling noise the entire night which kept me up. The bed was extremely hard, the tv only had 3 working channels, and the bathroom had an overwhelming musky odor that smelled like a nursing home. Also the water in the shower kept stopping suddenly. Overall the place really needs a face lift and some work. "

"The hotel has a ver convenient location. However it is very "tired" and in need of refurbishment. The staff were variable: dome really helpful and friendly( especially the do.estic staff servicing the rooms, the restaurant staff and the younger guy at the door) others very disinterested and on their phones."

"When you have breakfast included and you have more than two guests in a room, they never mention just the first two are included and the rest are $50 each for breakfast. Not the front desk when you check in nor the staff that sits you down at the restaurant. They make money off not telling you that BIG detail. AND the buffet sucks. "
