The staff was helpful and courteous. The rooms were nice and clean. The bed was comfortable, I usually struggle to sleep but their pillows were great. I would definitely stay there again.
Location was amazing yes the rooms are small but clean , the elevators were fine I read a lot of complaints but will
Def stay there again for our next trip to NYC price cleanliness and location
The hotel was in a very convenient spot, walking distance to everything. Staff was nice. When we checked in, it wasn’t till 4 pm but they were able to accommodate us which was great. The blanket was a bit dirty but they changed it for us. If you want breakfast, go early because it gets busy.
Overall great hotel.
This hotel had great location. The staff the was friendly, informative, and very helpful..
But highly recommend due to the location and the price we were able to walk or take the subway anywhere we wanted to go.
Property is modern & updated. Rooms are super small, but well enough appointed. 38th floor lounge is lovely & breakfast is fine, but very busy. However, the elevator system is terrible, sometimes 50 - 70 people awaiting elevators in lobby & very long waits on each floor.
I’m a repeater. Nice staffs, clean room, tasty breakfast, best location and safety programs are key features of this hotel. It was a little regrettable to stay this season in a partial innovation. But I’m looking forward to being back soon. Thank you so much.
Love the room’s interior and cozy vibe. The breakfast is fair. I wish they offer turkey sausages for those who don’t eat pork. Would return again.

Liked: Cleanliness, amenities
The breakfast is unbelievable and is really good value. The location is centrally located and great for walking. The place is very secure and you don’t have to worry about anyone entering the building who is not a guest. The rooms are fairly quiet and had no problems sleeping. Overall, I would recommend this hotel to other travellers and I would stay here again.
We really enjoyed time at the Hampton. The staff were very friendly for checkin and throughout our stay. The breakfast was enjoyed by all as it helped get us motivated and prepared for our adventures. If possible a good idea is get a room on top floors to ensure you get an elevators.
Excellent stay overall. Rooms are a bit small, but if your solo, not an issue. The breakfast was awesome...period! Elevators are super busy for an hour or so around check in/out, but just plan accordingly. Bar was gorgeous with very unique, delicious drinks. Just a little pricey, but if you stick to only 1 or 2 drinks, you won't break the bank.
This hotel was close to Broadway which was our biggest reason for visiting NYC. I was concerned after reading all the reviews about the elevator situation and having long waiting times but we only had one time when it took about 15 minutes to get an elevator and most of the times it was no wait at all. We were there 5 nights to celebrate my Granddaughter’s graduation and we thoroughly enjoyed the breakfast-come down early to avoid the crowds. Room was small but clean and all employees we encountered were very warm and welcoming. Enjoyed the whole experience!
The room was small but efficient. The location was great! Times Square was just around the corner. Rockefeller Center was a few short blocks away. Easily accessible to the subway.
The breakfast was a typical continental breakfast with good areas to sit and enjoy your breakfast. However, this hotel is very busy! The elevators were always packed and required a long wait. Some times it would take up to 20 minutes to get an elevator to your floor.
Staff was kind and helpful!
Ynosencia and Amanda are great and made our breakfast experience very pleasant. They were very efficient even when the crowds were overwhelming, making sure everything was clean and all food was available. Thanks for a great experience. Mike T. Florida
The Hampton Inn is like most other hotels in Times Square. The room did include a small fridge and microwave, which many do not. Also, the free breakfast buffet was a good start to each day. As for location, it is a short walk to the heart of Times Square and about ten minutes from Central Park. Overall, it is ideal for a short trip to Manhattan.
