I really enjoyed my 2 night stay here, couldn't fault it at all, clean rooms, staff was very polite, breakfast was superb, close to amenities and in a fantastic location, brilliant stay, I'm definitely going back here again, thanks guys
Fantastic stay Phil and his staff was great breakfast was lovely what ever you fancy full English, fruit, yogurt or pastry. look forward to staying there again thank you.
The hotel accommodation seems to be spread across 3 sites which was a bit confusing. I was part of a group of 13 and we were in different buildings.
However I loved my room. It was a spacious double. Very clean and comfortable.
The staff were very helpful.
There didn’t seem to be any soundproofing though which made nights quite noisy. Take earplugs.
We stayed with 8 of us for the first weekend of the 2026 TT races ,
The night porter Ken was brilliant,
The manager Ash was brilliant,
The food menu was brilliant
The beers were brilliant
Very nice friendly atmosphere, bar stayed open until the small hours , thank you Ken ,
We are definitely going to return
Everything about this place was fine. The check in was easy and the staff were attentive and friendly. The food was amazing and a cooked breakfast was also included. It is a bit hilly but we managed ok.
Buses were close and they take you to most places.
Clean light airy modern rooms
Pleasant, helpful staff _ excellent breakfast choices including gluten free options and evening bar was quiet
Only downside is poor choice of evening meals and what is available overpriced and not great quality

It's a bit of a mixed bag. The staff are extremely friendly and helpful, the rooms are spotless, the location near the promenade and walkable to the TT grandstands is perfect and the breakfast is well organized and delicious. On the other hand, the property is dated and somewhat shabby and the street-facing rooms can be quite noisy in the evening, although perhaps that's a TT thing. But these are small complaints given the price, which was reasonable. I would definitely stay there again.
