My 5th stay here and it won't be the last. Every time I come here there is something new. New duvets, tours added, activities to include a running tour of Krakow... the only thing that does not change is the incredible staff, who add so much to the stay. Hospitality comes from the heart, and theirs is as big as it comes,

This hotel was a gem ! It had an intimate feel to it .My room was much larger than I expected for the price, and the bed and pillows let me sleep like a baby ! The bathroom had a beautiful huge soaking tub and the staff were super friendly and helpful. Do not hesitate to stay here ..Located close to everything but on a quiet street .

"There were few different parties going on in hotel, so restaurant and outdoor jacuzzi was not available for guests. All other amenities were just full of people. Hotel manager was rude and not very helpful. Instead of a nice time away from city crowd we ended up in w crowded hotel with no break"
