Nestled in a modern new development, the accommodation combines contemporary comfort with proximity to the historic town center. The charming town center, with its baroque moated castle, Beningaburg Castle, and small shops, invites you to explore and linger. Shopping facilities such as supermarkets and bakeries are within easy walking distance. The high-quality furnished holiday home accommodates up to 4 people and sleeps a total of 4 people. In the living area, a large smart TV, soundbar, Blu-ray player, a private Netflix account, and a PlayStation 5 ensure the best entertainment. The modern kitchen is fully equipped – including a microwave, capsule coffee machine, Kenwood food processor, separate fridge-freezer, and washer-dryer. Two toilets and a spacious rain shower offer additional comfort. Even in North German bad weather, there's no chance of boredom: an extensive selection of books and board games is available. The fenced terrace (1.40 m high) invites you to relax with comfortable garden furniture, an awning, and a high-quality Rösle gas grill.
