Schöner Urlaub
Schöne geräumige Ferienwohnung. Die offene Küche passt vom Mobiliar her nicht zum angrenzenden Wohnbereich. Trotzdem war alles vorhanden und die Funktionen in Ordnung. Freundliche und hilfsbereite Objektbetreuung vor Ort vorhanden.

Das Haus liegt in einer super Lage. Perfekt für Familien mit Kindern. In 5 min. hat man einen Spielplatz und einen Edeka Mark wo man sich verpflegen kann. Strand ist etwas außerhalb, diesen kann man mit Fahrrad oder per Auto gut erreichen. Fahrräder muss man sich mieten, das geht auch im Ort nicht weit von der Unterkunft. Haus ist sehr gepflegt, gut ausgestattet und Modern Eingerichtet.

Das Haus war sehr geräumig und sauber. Frau Kutscher von der Hausverwaltung war sehr nett und hilfsbereit. Wir haben ein paar ruhige und erholsame Tage in Neßmersiel verbracht.

Die Umgebung und Lage sind für mobile Familien sehr Gut. Das Objekt hat potenziale . Man merkt , das das Objekt bereits mehrere Jahr in der Nutzung ist. In Teilen ist die Ausstattung bereits aktuell aber es fehlen noch einige Investitionen.

Für unsere Zwecke okay
Hübsches kleines Häuschen mit moderner Einrichtung, kleiner Küche und zentraler Heizungssteuerung. Netterweise waren einmal Toilettenpapier, Küchenrolle, zwei Spülmaschinentabs, eine kleine Flasche Spülmittel und Schwämme vorhanden. Müllbeutel und Geschirrtücher wären aber auch nett gewesen. Aber in Carolinensiel hatten wir schon ein schlimmere Erfahrung, dort war tatsächlich gar nichts vorhanden, was normalerweise in einer Küche für Hygiene und Reinigung zu erwarten wäre. Dort gab es aber zumindest ein Salz, Pfeffer und Zucker, hier in Neßmersiel Fehlanzeige, sollte man also mitbringen. Schön wäre auch ein Regal oder Schrank für Einkäufe, Stauraum ist quasi gar nicht vorhanden. Der Router ist in einem abgeschlossenen Sideboard in einer Ecke des Wohnzimmers versteckt. Das Signal wird also entsprechend gedämpft und war unterm Dach teilweise gar nicht mehr vorhanden. Ein WLAN-Repeater wäre als eine gute Idee, im Wohnzimmer alles top. Leider waren wir anscheinend die ersten Gäste des Jahres, da viele Staubfäden und Spinnweben vorhanden. Bei einer Endreinigungsgebühr von 70 EUR hatten wir etwas anderes erwartet. Bedenken, ob der Höhe der Endreinigung, hatten wir schon beim Buchen, leider gab es keine Alternative, die unseren Bedürfnissen entsprach. Die Hausverwalterin musste die Kosten für dieses Objekt erst nachschlagen, was uns schon sehr verwundert hat, sind also nicht ihre Kosten allein in der Gebühr enthalten.
