The Space:

This modern two-level home is thoughtfully designed for both relaxation and convenience. The open-plan living area connects to a shaded outdoor dining terrace and features a cozy lounge, a smart TV, and plenty of natural light. The fully equipped kitchen includes an Espresso machine, stovetop, oven, and everything needed to enjoy home-cooked meals.



There are two stylish bedrooms, both offering plush bedding and generous storage. One of the bedrooms also includes a double sofa bed, making it ideal for families or groups needing extra sleeping space. Two full bathrooms, each with a walk-in shower, ensure comfort and privacy.



Outside, guests can enjoy a private courtyard with sun loungers, a traditional wood-fired oven, and a BBQ—perfect for relaxed evenings under the stars. Air conditioning and Wi-Fi are available throughout.



Guest Access:

Guests have full, private access to the entire maisonette, including both indoor and outdoor spaces. Entry is via a private entrance, and free on-street parking is available right outside the house. The home includes laundry facilities and all necessary amenities for a comfortable stay.

The house is located just a 2-minute walk from Marathias Beach, a peaceful stretch of coastline with crystal-clear waters—perfect for morning swims or relaxed afternoons. About 5 minutes away by car is Skaloma Beach, a calm and scenic spot with clear waters and a quiet vibe. Monastiraki Beach, just 8 minutes from the property, offers a picturesque harbor setting, ideal for dining by the sea at traditional tavernas.



Within a 10–12 minute drive, you can reach Sergoula Beach, a larger, more organized beach with umbrellas, a beach bar, and plenty of space. Agios Spyridonas Beach, another quiet option great for families, is around 15 minutes away. For those wanting to explore even further, Hania Beach and Spilia Beach are both within a 20-minute radius and worth visiting for their natural beauty and relaxed atmosphere.



Marathias itself is a quiet seaside village in Fokida, surrounded by olive groves and lush hills. It’s known for its traditional architecture, summer festivals, and warm hospitality. During peak season, local cultural events and open-air tavernas bring the village to life.



The vibrant town of Nafpaktos is just 20 km (about 25 minutes by car) from the house. There, you can explore a stunning Venetian harbor, walk the castle walls, enjoy nightlife, or shop at local boutiques. For day trips, Delphi is around 90 km away, and Galaxidi—a charming coastal town—is reachable in about an hour. You can also reach Patras, across the Rio-Antirrio bridge, in roughly 1 hour and 15 minutes.



Getting Around:

A car is recommended to make the most of your visit. The house is about 20 km from Nafpaktos and 90 km from Delphi. Public transportation is limited, but driving in the area is scenic and stress-free. Free parking is available outside the home.
