Sebastian, his family and staff do a wonderful job making you feel welcome. The restaurant is fabulous for breakfast and dinner (I didn't have lunch there). The property is very clean & comfortable with everything you need very close by. The beach is a 2 minute walk. The company the recommended for airport transport was great and does great tours. Thank you for making my stay unforgettable.

Great location and friendly staff, but the room was very disappointing. We booked a standard room and were given an accessible room we did not request. The room was extremely dated and honestly made me feel uncomfortable and a little gross staying there. The walls were paper thin, housekeeping next door woke us up despite the “Do Not Disturb” sign, the shower leaked badly, and the hot water was turned off until my husband found the knobs and turned it back on himself. The closet rack also broke while I was hanging clothes, and there was no drinking water in the room. We did have a spacious balcony, but it was hard to enjoy because breakfast and evening conversations were happening right below us, and a large tree blocked part of the view. The location and staff were definitely the best parts of the stay.

First, the location is excellent. Really could not fault the location. The staff were also excellent - friendly and attentive. The property itself was very old and tired. As we were there purely for the beach and the sailing, we did not stay in the room that much so it was not a problem for us. However, if you are looking for a more stylish hotel with more amenities then this is probably not for you. It did feel more like a hostel rather than a hotel.

It is a nice hotel although it is quite old. The staff are friendly. Our room was quite spacious with a large balcony and sea view. The hotel restaurant is good for dinner (we haven’t tried but the menu looked good and we heard positive comments). The only thing I didn’t like were ants in the room. We couldn’t keep food outside because of them. The management should sort out this issue.

Very pleasant stay. The hotel is just 2 min from the beach in the main touristic area. There is a rooftop with a view to the beach where you can relax. The room was very clean, the AC was like a fridge, bed was comfortable. The blonde reception lady was extremely helpful, polite and friendly. You can feel that she was just doing her job.

Great hotel with beautiful views

Absolutely fantastic hotel with amazing view and lots of restaurants around, shops and convenient store too. Right in front of the hotel is a beach too. Fantastic staff, very friendly and accommodating. Breakfast was good too.

I enjoyed staying at this hotel. It's a 2 minute walk to a lovely beach. I got a good price for the time that I stayed and my room had everything I needed. The breakfast buffet was good and included in the room rate.

We were absolutely elated by this place! Cala Gonone exceeded our expectations in terms of a beautiful coastal area that isn't mobbed like some other portions of Italy. Hotel Miramare is beautiful and right next to the beach. Parking was a little unclear and we got a ticket, so be aware of parking rules and finding a spot. The staff was very friendly and helpful with many suggestions. Our room was fantastic - complete with TWO balconies. The south balcony was a bit warm for our tastes but the east balcony (facing the beach) was shady and comfortable. The room was spacious and the bed was comfortable. We asked for extra pillows, which they promptly brought to us. We enjoyed the outdoor grill for dinner one night and really enjoyed the preparations. The breakfast buffet in the morning had all of the fruits, meats, perfectly-prepared eggs and pastries we could hope for, and the staff graciously let us get an early start on breakfast the morning we rented a boat. The atmosphere throughout was light, clean and uplifting, enhanced by the ultra-friendly staff. It's not even a question that we will return here on our next trip to Sardinia.

Hotellet hadde ikke den høyeste standarden , og var noe slitt. Men tross dette var hotellet veldig rent. Gode senger å sove i , og aircondition som ikke holdt oss våken på natta. Personalet var enestående. Gutten vår ble syk og de var så behjelpelige , og omsorgsfulle. Ellers hadde de mange gode tips og råd til oss. Maten på hotellet var også veldig god. Beliggenheten var veldig bra. Hvis vi skal tilbake til Cala Gonone, kommer vi tilbake til dette hotellet. Takk for oss :)
