Barely any room to move around in the room. Felt like we were in an overnight train car. The TV also didn’t work we couldn’t connect our Netflix to it no matter what we did. Nice lobby and easy check in. Only stayed 2 nights but the staff were great."Reviewed November 3, 2026Roundtrip • Calgary (YYC) - Dublin (DUB)YYC - DUB • 2 stops DUB - YYC • 1 stopCA $1,823CA $1,490found 1 day agoper traveller - DUBLIN AIRPORT / BEAUMONT HOSPITAL Marie’s Bed and Breakfast

"Rooms are quite large, but showing their age. Bathroom was grubby. Floors were dirty with grime in all the corners. Carpet was well worn, definitely recommend slippers! Elevator was down and had apparently been out of service for quite some time although that information was not shared at booking."

"Lovely property and a lovely host. Welcomed from the moment we arrived."
"Very nice place to stay"
"We stayed at Cabra Castle for a wedding and had such a wonderful experience! The castle and grounds are absolutely beautiful, and the whole experience felt like stepping into a fairytale. There is something so special about staying in a real castle! We thoroughly enjoyed our time here, and it was the perfect setting for a beautiful wedding. Such a memorable stay!"
"Stayed on our way back to Dublin. Hotel is well located between Giant's Causeway and Newgrange and other sites north of Dublin Airport. Hotel itself is modern and well-appointed, good restaurant and easy to access so it was an excellent way station for the touristy stuff we had planned. Room was quiet, very well appointed and spacious, even more so because of honest-to-goodness air conditioning (the relative humidity during our visit to Ireland was typically 70+%) in a country where most...
"Very old hotel, ongoing maintenance to it. Food was lovely, staff was helpful. But the bed was awful, such a poor nights sleep. Windows sounded like they were open, which they weren’t."
"Absolutely stunning room and property. Staff goes above board Everytime i stay there"
