Modern, cosy 2-family house "La Scaletta", renovated in 2024\. In the centre of Dongo 20 km from the centre of Menaggio, 10 km from the centre of Domaso, 48 km from the centre of Como, excellent location: right in the centre but still quiet, 150 m from the lake. 15 m footpath to the house. Public parking 15 m on the road. Supermarket 220 m, restaurant 150 m, bar 200 m, bus stop "Como-Menaggio-Colico" 170 m, railway station "Colico" 20 km, grass beach 900 m. Marina 200 m, surf school 1.8 km, sailing school 2 km. Nearby attractions: Palazzo Gallio-Gravedona, Museo della Barca Lariana-Pianello, Menaggio, Bellagio, Varenna, Como. Well-known lakes can easily be reached: Lago di Lugano, Lago di Mezzola.  
3-room apartment 80 m2, on the ground floor. Fully renovated in 2024, very modern and tasteful furnishings: open living room with dining table and TV (flat screen). 1 double bedroom. 1 room, 1 bunk beds.
