"You can hear the noise of the exhaust vent loudly if the room is close to it, particularly in higher floors. I asked to change rooms and the staff was kind enough to do it. Both rooms I saw didn't have locks on the windows."

"Recepção inadequada, maus entendidos referentes a reserva não foram esclarecidos com cordialidade. Quarto limpo e organizado, mas televisão tinha sinal instável. Areas comuns demonstravam desmazelo com folhas jogadas, teias de aranha e itens danificados ou ausentes. Em todas as 6 refeições houveram não conformidades, como prato principal chegar antes da entrada, erro no ponto da carne, itens frios, buffet sem identificação, pouca variedade no café da manhã. Um ou outro membro da equipe parecia...
