Lovely hotel with extremely helpful and kind staff. Rooms are also lovely and spacious.

Overall good experience, perfect location! Water pressure low, also very noisy at late night from bar and people walking pass the streets.

The location is close to the Old Town—only a 5-minute walk. The room is spacious with high ceilings. We booked a room with three beds, and the hotel provided a king-size bed in a living area, plus a separate room with two twin beds. Highly recommended. The staff are excellent. After we checked out, my child forgot her phone in the room. The staff noticed it, brought it down to the lobby, and immediately looked for us.

Excellent location right on the high street, Christmas Markets outside the door. A few minutes walk from Old Square and Clock. Facilities around and including the hotel were excellent. Would really recommend.
