Wi-fi only in public spaces, to get it in-room is about $13/day. Staff are complete novices - they mean well, but they are more likely to just tell you "no" than actually stop and think about how they can help. Otherwise, the room is nice and well-kept, but lighting was extremely poor. Asked for toilet paper twice and was given a used one with 1/4 of it. Gym equipments out of order, no water in the filter at fhe gym... tv quality is very bad! toilet lights also not working, shower drain seems to be blocked as water fills up and gets disgusting as it doesn’t drain. Bedroom window super filthy, impossible to get a view out of it. Staff friendly, which is the only good think about the hotel! I had already paid Expedia for the room, but had all sorts of problems having that recognized by the staff. The location is excellent, not far from the souq and the Museum of Islamic Art. The room I had was spatious and clean. The water in the shower was at most lukewarm. However I was really disappointed for not accessing pool, sauna, steam room, gym whenever I wanted. Single guys can only access it between 7pm to 9pm. You can even go during family time when it is mixed. What a disappointment when temperatures reach 40 degrees during the day!!!
