Broken AC in our room and no way to reach staff. Stale pastries. Only one coffee cup for two people. Something was off about the bed cover which made the sheets fall off all night. Terribly uncomfortable stay.

Very nice facilities, clean and well maintained, and the staff were wonderful, friendly, and accommodating. We spent a lot of time at the outdoor pool (and poolside bar ;-). The room was lovely - only slightly cramped, and the fridge was a bit tight. Otherwise, we had a lovely stay.

This place is a hidden gem. The hotel has spacious and clean rooms. Our air conditioning worked just great ( in fact it got so cool at night that we had to shut the ac off in the morning). The location is perfect right next to downtown and near all recreational activities. However, the experience is nothing without helpful staff. Which brings us to Zane. What an amazing person! A credit to the organisation. Zane is kind, charming, helpful, no, not just helpful but goes out of the way to make guests feel valued and appreciated. He truly is the best advertisement and ambassador for the Lodge.

The main bed is very small and no headboard, just pushed up against the slanted wall, losing a few more inches of space. ..."
