"This place is very dirty and dated.Housekeeping comes at their leisure if they even come at all.If you are looking for relaxation this isn’t the place there are babies and kids screaming. This Hilton needs to step up their game and have an adults only section and pool like other hotels. If I could give 0 stars I would stay elsewhere!!!!!"

"The room was pretty good, wifi sucked, the pool looked kind of dirty but there was things of chlorine in the trash making me think they were cleaning it but I was only there for 2 days and had other things to do anyways! Breakfast also sucked lol! There was also no parking for the rooms in the back! But overall the room was nice and comfortable minus the shower curtain!"

"The most amazing week ever!!! I knew this home was in a great location but I had no idea that I would see hundreds of birds (about 15 different species) fly past the house, feet away, every single sunrise and sunset!!! Just like clockwork, starting about 20 minutes before. As an avid bird photographer, this was incredibly special! Oh and there is a pair of osprey that greet every sunrise on the palm tree next door, just fantastic! If you’re a boater, this is also the perfect house! With two tides a day, mooring our boat has been a pain in the past but not at this house, the amazing dock raises and lowers with the tide. You just pull in, secure your boat to the cleats and don’t worry about anything else!! It’s in the perfect location to get anywhere around Marco and the 10,000 islands area! The most spectacular shelling too!! The house itself was perfect, with the most comfortable bed we’ve had at a rental house. We had everything we needed with a beautiful view out of every back window. My husband and I have had some very special vacations and this is a top one for us both! Thank you for suck a special week!!!"

"We had a great time staying at this home. It was situated in the most perfect location, at the very end of the cul de sac. You have 270 pano views if the intracoastal waterways and mangroves. Super private. The pool and lanai were lovely too. Very spacious place! Nicely newly remodeled kitchen. Some of the furniture was a bit miss match, but other than that really enjoyed it. Host super great too."

"Communication before our arrival was good. However, when we got there, the owner mentioned there was a key for the cabinet, but it didn’t work, so we were unable to lock the door, which did not feel safe.Then we went shopping for supplies for that week and settled in that evening. Then things started going bad. The first toilet in the main cabin wouldn't flush, couldn't use it, then the second toilet stopped working, the water was at the rim, my husband spent hours trying to improve it so we could use the bathroom, which we only peed, no #2's at this property!. So we had to leave the property to go find a bathroom, and it was late, and the nearest bathroom was far. Came back, attempted to sleep, then the air conditioner stopped working in the main cabin. It attempted to cycle on and off every few minutes, so we turned it off so it wouldn't burn out, and the cabin became very warm. My husband was up all night trying to fix the toilets. And moldy smells were coming from the AC. The next morning, after not sleeping and having nowhere to use the bathroom, we packed up to get out of there. We contacted the owner to explain the situation and let him know we were relocating. He was initially apologetic and said he would submit a refund, so we thought the matter was resolved. However, he later became defensive and accused us of trying to get out of the rental and said, “Karma is a ...........”"
