(60 reviews) The hotel has become noticeably worse compared to last year. Towels are old and need replacement. Staff constantly drive electric carts around the property, and guests have to keep stepping aside. At night they even drive without headlights, suddenly appearing out of the dark. The food quality has also declined — some ingredients have been replaced with cheaper ones, and you can really feel the difference. (64 reviews) Beautiful beach, wonderful staff but barely second class facilities. The hotel is situated on a wonderful stretch of The Med but is one of those mega resorts with poor taste. Its rooms were tired, staff were barely keeping up with requests and looked unhappy. Food was plenty but of mediocre quality given the sophistication of Turkish cuisine. It needs a major management overhaul or will only appeal to the package holiday makers who seem to only enjoy excess with no taste.
