« We were given an upgrade...very thankful for the huge room. Great air conditioning unit..plus fans. Staff were all happy and helpful. A special thank you to Isuru from the Rooftop Restaurant and Bar. He helped me choose the right Sri Lankan option at breakfast...it was fantastic and a lot of food...all superbly cooked by the chefs. Pool on the Rooftop with Spectacular views of the Hiriketiya Beach. Also to watch the daily antics of the local monkeys. Location 100mtrs to the beach. Lots...

« I was very unhappy with this accommodation, which we paid £200 per night. On arrival the hotel staff and checking was very nice, our room was on the fourth floor via the lift and very, very steep stairs to the room. The bathroom was awful totally open to the outside world view with plastic curtain which kept blowing around in the wind, when you were trying to take a shower. This wasn't shown in photo's on your website or mention in the description to this room. Also no desk in the room, or...

"Nous avons particulièrement apprécié votre accueil chaleureux et votre présence tout au long de notre séjour, ainsi que vos nombreuses attentions : le mot de bienvenue personnalisé, la boisson de bienvenue au restaurant, le thé et le café dans notre chambre, les fleurs, l'eau en carafe, les produits de toilette, la qualité du linge de maison, la propreté des lieux et la décoration raffinée. La vue sur l'océan, la piscine, la nature environnante, les animaux et les vagues rendent cet endroit vraiment unique. Nous avons également beaucoup apprécié la dégustation de fruits de la passion et de chocolat, ainsi que toutes les petites attentions pour fêter un anniversaire !"

"Worst hotel in Sri Lanka and we had a horrible experience there. Extremely dirty and the staff did nothing. They were laughing instead of acknowledging their mistake and apologising. Everything was dirty and especially the bathroom. No towels an asked us to wait for 2h if we Plugs did not work. Woke us up at 7am for no reason. Terrible experience and would not recommend it at all. want ed some. "
