This was my second stay at this hotel, and I will definitely be booking again! From the moment I arrived, I felt welcomed and well taken care of. Mr. Savaş, the hotel manager, was incredibly friendly, helpful, and attentive. The front desk staff were also wonderful, professional, kind, and always ready to help.
It’s the warm hospitality and great service that make me want to come back. Highly recommended!

Staff at the reception were very professional and helpful. They arranged for the tour, although people should shop around for the best price. Rooms were very clean and staff upgraded my room to a suite. Sea-view room for the suite was excellent with 3 different large windows and balcony door. Location of the hotel is very convenient to close by ferries and main streets with plenty of food places along the shoreline walway.
Driver for personal tour was very good to use Google translate to communicate about the scheduling and pick up locations at various sites.

We had internet issues but Salih stayed on top of it to make sure the kids had their internet. Cleaning staff were attentive and helpful with clean linen and greeted us every morning in the hall.
Hotel smells amazing and you literally hear nothing in your room!
