Corfu Imperial, A Grecotel Resort to Live

"Our stay at Corfu Imperial was truly beautiful. The setting is stunning and view is breath-taking. We were kindly upgraded to the Waterfront Junior Suite where you can walk straight into the sea from your room and you get access to a more secluded beach, so would highly recommend paying a bit more for that room. The breakfast buffet has everything you could wish for and all the food is great quality and fresh. We ate in a few of the restaurants on site and all the food was delicious, if a bit on the expensive side. We didn't have any concern with any noise from the planes, the rooms are clean, spacious and air-conditioned. But the best thing about this hotel is the staff. Every staff member is so welcoming, smiley and will go out of their way to help you. We used the reception desk a lot for help with booking taxis, restaurant recommendations and planning excursions etc and they were always so helpful, prompt (there is always multiple staff on the reception and concierge desk), and friendly. 10/10 would recommend!"

"A smaller hotel, located on a busy road, but handy for transport (local bus stops outside). Nice, if compact rooms with a good pool and bar, within easy walking distance to the village of Kontokali and a good selection of restaurants. The hotel breakfast is very nice. It’s a 15 minute walk to Kontokali beach and it’s lovely taverna, Brouno’s. All the hotel staff are excellent. A 20 bus trip to Dassia beach is also worthwhile for sandier and water sports options. I recommend the Telesilla Hotel!"

"Nice hotel - very clean, really pleasant staff, always said hello and were more than willing to help. Breakfast was great - a lot of choice and really nice food. Quiet location which is what we wanted but perhaps a bit too out of the way - there were only a couple of restaurants nearby and a coffee shop. This wasn’t too much of a problem as we were only there for 5 nights (went into Corfu town twice) but I think staying here any longer we would have found it a bit too out of the way for us. The beach area was disappointing - no one used it at all while we were there. It isn’t actually a proper beach - there were no waves so it’s more like a bay. So if you are after a beach side hotel I wouldn’t recommend this. However for a short break it was ideal for us and we had an enjoyable time."

"We had a lovely time at Iolida Corfu. Everything was just perfect. All the staff were amazing but a special shout out to Alex at the reception for always being helpful and so welcoming. We were there for a friends reunion and had such an amazing time. Thank you so much to the dining team, bar team, reception team and everyone because of whom we had such a wonderful experience. We had the all inclusive option and were happy with everything. There was always something different each day with fresh salads and good main meal options for both vegetarian and meat eaters. And the puddings were just delicious. The resort was clean and the views from the room absolutely amazing. I would highly recommend Iolida Corfu. Thank you so much."
