Highly Dissappointing

Rooms didn't had any temp. Control facility as mentioned in amenities. Towels nd linen were all soiled up. Blankets were dirty. Electric kettle was not been washed for ages. Overall just not upto the mark.

As I already indicate in the check-in survey, we did not actually stay here; they had received no notice from Hotels.com and were not expecting us. They showed us around a bit and it was rather a grim place.

Total disaster due to stay at the hotel

Hi, I booked Dev cottages, Dharamkot for Dec 23rd and 24th night @ 3880 INR, had to cut it short to 1 night due to issues in the room I faced inconvenience as the hotel manager refused to give me a room, he said they do not have any information about my booking. After drive from Chandigarh for 7 hours this was totally unacceptable. I called hotel.com and after an hour of coaxing and complaining, I got a room. Rather the manager was angry about the tariff I paid, said it is not even our tariff plan. The room was in very shabby condition with spiders and bugs on the bed. Again I called Hotel.com to inform about the condition. I had to get the bedding changed but the whole room was filled with spiders. I requested for another quilt and heater at night and received a smelly and dirty quilt and partially working room heater. did not had straight to call the staff again. I was with my wife and 1.5 years old kid, all 3 of us had a very tough night due to this situation. My kid did not sleep whole night, and was unwell by morning Next morning I checked out from this hotel and checked into another hotel nearby because of this, spending extra 2800 INR for 1 night and before leaving I made it very clear to the hotel manager the reason for me to leave. He was totally unapologetic and did not even acknowledge inconvenience NO WIFI, NO Tea kettle, Dirty drinking glass and dirty water jug. Room filled with spiders and beds and quilt were smelly
