It’s a simple hotel, don’t expect luxury but the staff was very friendly and helpful. I ended up getting sick and they helped with me with everything I needed. My only complaint was the lack of a window in my room. Wifi worked great throughout and I was able to make video calls to family and friends. Next, some frontdesk staff, such as Mr. Shariful Islam was excellent. He really listens to guests and pays attention; and does his best. This hotel needs serious management to improve: The safety box never worked even though 4 attempts were given by the maintenance people to fix it. Before booking, the hotel's website said free local calls from the room, but upon checking in, the front desk advised 'no free local calls'. The hotel promised to give a King bed, but gave a queen bed. The room had mosquitos and upon informing the frontdesk, they sent an aerosol container to spray. You spray, it is good for a day or two. The front desk staff speaks English and there is a guard on post at the entrance. Overall, I liked staying here, but I was put off at check-out when several staff members line up by the exit and ask me for a tip; there were 4 of them. Guest pay for the hotel, they do not have to tip.
