"I had a really lovely stay. It was quiet and peaceful. The room was clean, water bottles in the mini refrigerator were super cold and that was nice to have after a long day of riding. Free wifi and a good selection of programs to watch on tv. I am a Veteran and I love that the property is Veteran owned. I intend to come back for a longer stay to explore the area. This was my first trip to Wisconsin but not my last. Thank you very much!"

"This is a fun 1800s feel space. Lots of room. The location is great as it is on Main St. so you can walk to coffee, shopping and is across from a fun Tiki Bar right on the river. The train tracks are across the street as well so if you are a train buff, it adds to the appeal. Hosts were very responsive ,helpful and kind. It’s close to other fun places in the area as well. The second bedroom has a cut sink and mirror which helps as there is only one bathroom - but that bathroom is beautiful with a footed tub and a separate rain shower. Lots of character in this first floor unit and made for a great weekend!"

"This was a beautiful location and a great house full of period pieces yet very livable. The beds were very comfortable and McGregor is a gem. We had a wonderful time and definitely want to return. The host was quick with replies to all my questions and the stay was amazing."

"This cute little cottage is perfect for a weekend getaway. The neighborhood is quiet. There is a fire pit in the back yard. The full kitchen was nice and I had what was needed to cook and bake. There is a small but useful table with four chairs for eating at. The bathroom is small but fully stocked. The bathroom door makes an awful noise when opening it and it disturbed us at night. The bed is a nice size but way too soft. The headboard makes a loud noise when you turn over while sleeping. Overall this cottage is adorable and comfortable."

"We’ve stayed here previously and the dart board & barrel table/stools in front porch were a great addition! Beds are comfortable with plenty of blankets & pillows provided! We did learn from previous that we need bring a room fan at night to drown out the sound of train few blocks away…it was just enough for me as a light sleeper!"
