For a VRBO it is lacking a few kitchen items such as large mixing type bowl, larger skillet, and baking sheet/pan for simple casseroles, one skillet meals, and baking prepared frozen items. It was spotless…one of the cleanest places I have ever stayed. The hosts and I had a little trouble with communication at first. However, it was a problem with VRBO, not the hosts. VRBO kept masking some of the information that we were trying to share. Soban and Adam were lovely and responded to my inquiries almost immediately. They were very patient with me when I had trouble with lockboxes. Again, not their fault but my fumbling. The unit is lovely and very comfortable.
