Very nice location and everything in apartment looked new. My Mom loved the sheets and having a washing machine and dryer. My fault not noticing upstairs apartment which made it difficult for my Mom but thats on me. Place needs some area rugs or something to warm it up. Having pergo flooring throughout the whole apartment made it cold and noisy. The kitchen chairs are scary and very cheap and should be replaced. Very clean and with a couple upgrades it would be just perfect.

Great place!

The place overall had exactly what we needed, however the check in process wasn’t too smooth as there weren’t keys when we arrived. The owner communicated quickly and resolved the issue, which I really appreciated. Sounds like it was just a mix-up. It was also advertised as a 2 bathroom, but that has been fixed and I was compensated. Really comfortable beds and clean, very close to everything!

The apartment was in a good location and parking was usually open close by. The unit was clean on arrival. There were some supplies for the coffee maker, which was nice. Cooking supplies were fairly minimal, but enough to do most things. Beds were comfortable and unit was well stocked with towels. The couch and TV were nice. Thermostat was honestly a little annoying and finicky to use, but we figured it out. There were issues with a few things. The top dishwasher rack was broken so that it would collapse if used, so we never ran it. The pea trap underneath the bathroom sink was leaking. When we arrived, there was a small container under it, catching the drip. The container had overflowed and the lower sections of the vanity were saturated in water and it was soaking up the walls of the vanity. The vanity was mildewing and the bathroom smelled of mildew, which got better after we emptied and continued to empty the container catching the leak. The dining room table and chairs were extremely wobbly and felt like they were going to break when used. We brought these issues up to our host immediately, and their response was that they were going to address them immediately and also order a new dining room table and chair set. We stayed in the unit for a month and nothing was ever done about these issues even though I told them multiple times.Their host seems to be at least partially an AI software.

Unique experience

I have stayed in a few properties this group runs and they have been a better experience than this one. I had to call 911 for the fire department because the carbon monoxide alarm was going off in the basement which turned out to be lethal levels of carbon monoxide in the basement of the building and there were high levels of carbon monoxide in the apartment. When I spoke to the owner, his only concern was did the fire department make a scene and have their sirens and lights on and are they making you excavate for the night. Not,are you okay? We had to sit in my car for a few hours until the fire department shut off the water and heater and cleared the building. The fire department unplugged the stove in the process. The owner stated he would give a refund for that night if stay but it has been a week and I haven’t received a refund. There are no drinking glasses in the unit except coffee cups. The toilet paper holder fell off the wall. I had to wash the shower curtain because it smelled so bad when we got there. There are limited towels and no kitchen towels. It is a spacious and clean unit. It is in a great location. Just needs a few things to make it better. They didn’t hook the stove back up after the first night of my 3 night stay. Hopefully, they have since then.
