With a 1-car garage and extra parking on the premises as well as a secluded back yard, this is the perfect spot for any gathering or getaway! For anyone who intends to have a party, disturb the neighborhood, or in any other way violate our house rules, we want to make clear that: We have a zero-tolerance policy for this. We have noise sensors that alert us if decibel levels pass a certain threshold, and we have unfortunately had to ask guests to leave for violating this rule. Being a good neighbor of the city and the block we are on is very important to us. We have sensors to detect indoor smoking (nicotine and marijuana) and have an automatic $750 fine for violations and have also had to ask guests to leave early for violating this rule. Parking \_\_\_\_\_\_\_\_\_\_\_\_\_ We are located on a fairly busy street, so we don't have street parking, but our driveway fits up to two cars in tandem with another one that can fit in the garage. If you need additional parking, there is plenty of free street parking on the side streets to our north and south! Entry \_\_\_\_\_\_\_\_\_\_\_\_\_ The house is fully accessible via a YALE smart lock at the front door and on the side door. To access the house, enter the code we provide in your reservation check-in instructions, and press the CHECK to unlock. When leaving, enter that same code followed by the CHECK mark and the deadbolt will close. The locks will also auto-lock after one minute if you forget to lock. Extra Sleeping Arrangements \_\_\_\_\_\_\_\_\_\_\_\_\_ Pullout Couch: Underneath the horizontal seat you will find two fabric handles. Pull them out from under the couch and raise up the extra mattress section from underneath the couch. Remove the couch pillows to make space for two! Air Mattress: Designed for camping, our air mattress is extra-sturdy and provides a wonderful sleeping space for two. To inflate, please plug in the pump and wait for it to charge. Once the light on it is solid (not blinking), unplug the pump, insert the end into the air mattress, and flip the switch to inflate. You’ll find extra linens and towels in the pullout couch storage compartment as well. Extra Linens: Underneath the chaise section of the couch you will find four bath towels and four hand towels, four pillows, a comforter, and extra sets of sheets and pillowcases for the couch and air mattress.
