« Stunning venue! unit was gorgeous and spacious. its lovely and quiet and private. only critique is there was no milk in my room/ fridge to make tea or coffee and thought the shower floor could use a bit more of a scrub, besides that was a perfect stay. »

« Accueil très agréable belle chambre , vu le temps froid et humide nous avons pu profiter de la cheminée . Par contre grande déception pour le repas soit disant gastronomique, je n ai pratiquement rien apprécié aucune recherche pas de goût ou trop de sel!!! Dommage!! Dommage aussi pour le spa impossible de réserver des soins personne a l accueil!!! »

« Beautiful hidden gem. We were so spoiled »

« Although it was very cold the staff went out of their way to make sure we were comfortable and provided a heater A bit disappointing was the restaurant was closed they required 24 hrs notice There was a excellent pub just 5 minute drive away The breakfast was very good again excellent staff provided a full English We had a lovely massage followed by a drink in front of a blazing fire and a very pleasant dinner »

« Location and grounds were lovely. Room was advertised as the "Stables Suite", but it was very small. We had to go outside and into another locked room to access our kitchenette. Front desk staff was very dry and not welcoming. She did not seem to like her job. Breakfast started 45 minutes after advertised. Listing and signage say "breakfast, lunch and dinner", but they only serve breakfast. Bed was very old and creaky. Lots of potential. Needs TLC. »

« Our stay at the Old Mushroom Farm was fantastic. The converted mushroom house into an apartment is awesome and very comfortable. I would recommend it for anyone wishing to explore the Howick/Karkloof area. »

« Étape paisible dans les Midlands dans un bel environnement. »

« Our stay at Bali and Eva was nothing short of exceptional from start to finish—a definitive five-star experience in every sense. The owners have done a phenomenal job curating a world-class luxury retreat right in the heart of the Midlands. Every detail of the accommodation reflects impeccable taste, comfort, and thoughtful design, making it the perfect setting to unwind in style. Beyond the beautiful property, the hospitality truly sets this place apart. The staff were genuinely warm,...

« Very aged facilities. The staff lack communication skills and literally grunt at requests. A beautiful steak for dinner was somehow botched. How much salt does a chef need to butcher a good piece of beef??? No thanks. This place will not see me again. »

« Friendly staff, beautiful setting. Feels like you are in the English countryside »
