"標準タイプのドミトリーに泊まりました。カプセルタイプで個室感があります。カプセル内にセーフティボックスがあるので、貴重品がしまえます。ただしセーフティボックスの鍵を借りるにはデポジットとしてパスポートを預ける必要があります。トイレやシャワーも綺麗で清潔です。談話ルームには水と電子レンジがあります。バスターミナルから離れているのが難点。近くのビーチはプライベートビーチなので入れませんでした。私はジプニーでバリオバレットのビーチに行きました。バリオバレットの方が圧倒的に綺麗です。最大の難点はこのホテルがXperiaを利用していないことです。 Xperiaで予約・支払いしても、ホテルは感知していません。 Xperiaに返金してもらうに時間がかかりました。 Xperiaで予約してはダメです。"

"Excellent location! Walking distance to SM Clark Mall, western restaurant chains, and SM Hypermart supermarket. Short drive to Clark city. Nice hotel! Comfortable rooms, clean bathrooms, and awesome coffee bar. Sadly, no decent views that we've seen. Also, the breakfast buffet is like any other, quantity over quality. Amazing service! From the bellboys to management, everyone was welcoming and attentive. I've always believed, no matter how elegant the hotel, it's the staff that determines its level of success."

"Our stay at Best Western Metro Clark was truly amazing! From the moment we arrived, we were impressed by the hotel's cleanliness and the fresh, welcoming scent throughout the property. The ambiance was peaceful and relaxing, making it the perfect place to unwind. What we loved most was that it was a one-stop destination. Whether you're looking for a great place to eat, a fun play area for the kids, or simply want to relax by the swimming pool, this hotel has everything you need. However, what made our stay truly memorable was the exceptional staff. Everyone made us feel genuinely welcome and valued. From the security guards to the front desk team and the staff at the breakfast lounge, every single person was warm, friendly, and incredibly accommodating. Their outstanding hospitality made our experience even more special. We highly recommend Best Western Metro Clark to anyone visiting the Philippines, and we will definitely stay here again on our next trip. Thank you so much for the wonderful experience! "The staff were excellent in helping in making our stay comfortable & meet our need for transportation, food & places to visit. The room is spacious & having a full kitchen in the room is a plus. The place is conveniently located to malls & airport. The only downfall is that the room /bathroom smells bad. The bathroom floor needs some bleaching. Spray /disinfect the room with some lysol. Put some bleach when washing the bed linens as the blanket smelled urine. I wish there is free shuttle to the mall which is only a few minutes away. Maybe at least 2trips to the mall per day would really help. The pool wasn’t functioning during our stay. The restaurant staff was very accommodating, they prepared our food earlier than the usual restaurant hours as we have to leave early for our tour."
