Attentive and anticipating our needs, we had a wonderful stay in this monastically chic, rustic but modern, well designed hacienda/ hotel. We were able to truly unwind and relax, with great food, wine and hospitality. Well worth the 35km off Ruta 5. This is the star among vineyard stays. Casa Bouchon is the exemplaire of what accommodation should be."
