"I don't know if there were amenities but in my shower barely work could not get hot water same with the sink and took forever for the heat to switch from Air conditioning"

"I did not love you recent stay for a number of reasons. First, the customer service was poor. Rarely, when I passed by the front desk was there anyone present. I had to wait a while to check in because nobody was around. At least twice the front desk clerk was outside the building smoking cigarettes. Second, the gym was very disappointing. It was way too small and have very little equipment. Third, the wifi didn't work well in my room nor the gym. Fourth, the shower didn't have full glass doors, so water got on the bathroom floor each time I showered. Finally, the air-conditioning unit it the room was too noisy. "
