SUPPLEMENTARY FEES, they ask you to pay more at the end of the stay. They dont respect Hotel.com contract. BAD HYGIENE and POOR KITCHEN, no filtered water. THREATENING ATTITUDE: lily was agressive when asking to pay more at the end, and is not kind with her staff."
