Only downside was , the Cafe is only open Friday to Sunday even in school holidays and the general store is very basic and super expensive. "Everything was great the only let down was the cleanliness. The floors/staircase needed vacuuming. The toilet hadn't been cleaned, the fridge & microwave was dirty. The sponge under the sink was dirty and the dish soap & hand soap in the kitchen were almost empty along with a almost finished toilet roll. "

"We had two families stay and it was an amazing trip. We loved the large backyard that was big enough for cricket and the outlook over the golf course. The separate granny flat actually worked out well as an extra living space. Preston beach is a lovely place and this was a great house. We also made the most of the sauna and really appreciated the quality towels"
