« Great place to stay. In the middle of the city with everything right there. At par with any premium hotel anywhere in the world. »

« There is no shuttle to the airport they will just call a taxi for you but you still need to pay. I had one only one towel no wash cloth no bath mats no body soap or shampoo. The bed sheets has those black hole stain like a cigarette mark. And the room was so dam hot! No climatisations only a fan but I need the only one outlet to charge my phone so i couldn’t put the fan on »

« Très bon séjour à tous niveaux, vraiment un personnel sympathique et à l'écoute ; un cadre naturel superbe et une chouette piscine ! Le logement est propre et le sauna est un vrai PLUS ! S'il fallait vraiment trouver un bémol je dirai : le petit déjeuner qui ne propose pas un jus frais et où on ne trouve pas un buffet pour se servir ni choisir les mets. »

« Everything was great! »

« Hotel atipique mais très agréable et avec un service de restauration à côté. »

« I was pleasantly surprised with Cezar Hotel and its staff in Banja Luka. The effort given to satisfy their guest is really at the highest level. I truly recommend this hotel. It is close to the main transport (bus, train) hub in Banja Luka, and at the same time at the waling distance from the beautiful city centre. The public transport is functional (about 1/2EUR per ride), people on the street are extremely polite and helpful if you ask question (not everyone speaks English or French though) »

« Tv didn’t work We asked for more towel and they told us to wait the day after even if the hotel was empty . The “breakfast” was already included we just had a glass of water and oj and when we asked for 2 cappuccino they told us it’s not included so we pay it for it . Picture of advertising are not really the same of the reality of the room . »

« Værelset er ok med godt badeværelser. Der er minimarke »

« How perfect can it get? Meticulously clean and as described, responsive, friendly and helpful host, convenient free parking, right next to a square with restaurants, pharmacy and pub, within walking distance to many more restaurants… I can’t say anything was any less than expected or advertised, or even less than hoped for. I also liked that it was convenient to the airport and close to the Tunnel of Hope/Tunnel of Salvation and King Fahd Mosque, two places on my bucket list. Would...
