"The hotel was a joy! From the moment we arrived to the moment we left the hotel staff were friendly and extremely helpful. We were made to feel very welcome and comfortable. We stayed in the signature suite which had the best view in the hotel right out onto the Nun tower and bastion walls. it was quiet and peaceful and the super king size bed was very comfortable. Breakfast was a buffet with a large choice. The suite had 2 bathrooms , a bedroom and a sitting area where the original city walls formed the wall of the room. The best hotel room we have ever had! On the first night of our 3 night stay we had dinner at the Ame restaurant. It was delicious and I would recommend it. We also used the spa which is free if you book a suite. It was small but had the essentials of a spa pool with jacuzzi , a sauna and a hotter sauna and a steam room. There was also a relaxing room to chill out in with drinks. Thoroughly enjoyed our stay."

"This was a great hotel. Rooms were clean and the hotel was well kept. The gym was small but well equipped. It was centrally located. Only complaint would be the slow service in the restaurant. "
