The room was perfect and clean; private toilet with shower, TV, mini fridge and a fun for the summer nights in Spain. You were free to go in and out anytime, that's the freedom I was looking for. "No reservation on arrival after a long day walking the Camino - the person said I didnt have a booking and just shrugged his shoulders...I had to open email and show him email confirmation - then he made a phone call and lady brought me to a 3 bedroom apartment nearby which was old fashioned and dark - the bath was dirty with grim stains and the shower head was broken - more water came from the back of the shower head than from the actual shower part..."

"The owner was a gem and made staying here (as Pilgrims) worthwhile. She came out into the street to welcome us and immediately offered us a cold drink. Also helped get our bags upstairs. The room was a little small and the beds just a bit harder than we liked. Bathroom fine and plenty of much needed hot water. Overall an enjoyable & comfortable stay. Great breakfast provided early the next morning."
