"No breakfast included with our booking through Expedia. The staff were quick and efficient at getting us checked in despite it being the wee hours of the morning. The rooms was spacious with a huge bathroom. Comfortable beds. Only drawback was there was no way to open the window. Other than that it was great."

"Nicec room.. should you'd people the pool was under maintenence. That was the main reason I booked this hotel. Lady on the front desk was nice my grandkids We're balled at because they had a sponge ball in the hallway.. it was 7 pm. Boring. Nothing to do. Returned home the next morning. Had to be out by 11am We'll get a different place in a month"

"Booked to take my grandkids swimming. Friday 15th til Saturday 16th. Pool wasn't open Friday. So we had a quick swim early Saturday am. This was my treat to then. Friday was boring for them so i opened my room door and let them play with a sponge ball in the corner. A staff member came told me they werent supervised, even though there mom was sat outside of our door I was on my phone we hadn't stay in the room all Friday. No pool. Like I promised. Boring.. they could laugh people were complaining. Terrible! They were supervised. The older one was 11. He's very protective of his 4 yr old sister and brother. Like I said it put a dapper on the whole Friday night. There mom abdcibeere constantly watching them. Our may 24 weekend was disappointing. We felt bad by being told our kids weren't supervised There mo. Or myself we're looking at them constantly. They were excited. But had to go to bed like 7pm. . Was going to leave and go somewhere more kid friendly.. But I prepaid. We had enough time to swim quickly in the morning cause check out 11 am. I love taking kids in st. Johns once a month. There are a lot of kid friendly hotels Holiday inn conference is good. Price right! Best western.. sandman hotel. They are much better to handle a few excited children. This is my story.. could of got a hotel without a pool for less than half the money. As there pool was closed FRIDAY no discount.. no apologies. Couldn't even walk around with grandkids. Noisy.. disappointe"

"The place is very well located, and I had a beautiful ocean view from the balcony. The room was spacious, with a nice bed and TV, which made the stay comfortable. The only thing that could’ve been better was that Rocky Point was under a boil water advisory, but there was no kettle provided in the room. Also, our keys were left in an envelope inside the mailbox, and the previous guest’s key was still there as well. Anyone could’ve misused it, which felt like a security concern."
