"Good to find a hotel which understands customer needs. Sufficient space in the room and reasonable lighting. Breakfast space actually accommodates lots of guests and the food layout reduces the need to queue for items."

"Not bad for a budget hotel. Decent location, clean room, comfortable enough. Bit odd that we went out for breakfast, returned before the 12 checkout but had our room key frozen."

"Hotel staff were excellent, friendly and helpful. The bar area is comfortable and well stocked and menu is also of excellent quality. The rooms are fresh and spacious. Good area for shopping and other attractions."

"Staff are lovely"

"The hotel is in a good location for the old town and transport connections. It is well maintained and the staff are polite and helpful. The only negative is that I would expect a refrigerator in the room for the price you pay."
