"This was a great location to stay just outside of Amsterdam. It was close to public transportation and in an area with a lot of shopping and eating options. The room was clean and comfortable and staff were friendly and helpful. We highly recommend the pub that is on site. Get the beef stew over fries! Yum!"

"Wonderful hotel. It is supported by students at a local hospitality college but honestly we would not have noticed. The rooms were clean and large, and the building is historic; even the key was a real key. The breakfast was quite good. Everyone was so nice. Minor complaints: the towels could be better as could the toilet paper! The hotel is also not readily accessible by public transportation. However, if you have a car, it is terrific."

"There was a shortage of storage space. There should have been a table or luggage rack under the television. When we asked for the room to be cleaned the dirty coffee cup was never removed and replaced with a clean cup. The decaf coffee was never replaced after the first day and we would have to request more at reception. These are minor deficiencies but in aggregate they become annoying. Overall we were pleased with the accommodations . "

"This was a good value overnight stay for central Utrecht, and great to have the private bathroom facilities. The room only has floor radiator that you can control, but I found it would only heat the side of the room nearest to it and not the rest of the room towards the bathroom. It wasn't a terrible issue, but a little irritating to be so cold everytime you walked to and from the bathroom. "Absolute delight! The staff was the best in Holland and my room (without windows) was exceptionally well done! I thought it might be weird, but it was not at all.
