« The room was in unacceptable condition. There was visible black mold surrounding the bathtub, the sheets appeared unclean with stains and crumbs (we did not feel comfortable sleeping in them and slept fully clothed on top), and the entire room had a strong musty odor. Additionally, the AC/heat unit was malfunctioning—when running, it made extremely loud, concerning noises and switching to heat made the odor significantly worse. The room was either freezing or unbearable, and the unit sounded...

« The staff was nice and helpful. The pool and breakfast was bad. Pool was not avaliable and breakfast was all gone 1h befor time. And when they finally brought more out 30 minutes later everything was still frozen.(bagels, sausage) and they were out of pancake stuff. »
