« The hotel is under renovation so temporary inconvenience but strong paint smell for sensitive people . Staff was courteous. Ok for short stay »

« Excellent services, professional staff, clean room, business friendly »

« The stay had a few disappointing aspects. The room had a persistent bad smell due to poor ventilation, which made it uncomfortable at times. Room service was also quite slow — even for basic requests, we had to call two or three times before receiving any assistance. This affected the overall experience and level of comfort expected during the stay. On the positive side, the breakfast spread was excellent with a wide variety of options available each morning. « The staff in the Taj Club and the breakfast restaurant Machan were outstanding. The hotel had some bugs to be worked out still (our shower needed some maintenance to increase the pressure) but staff got it sorted out right away. »

« Wifi is a no brainer. Was not possible to log in with room and last name. Managed once to log in via coupon from reception but only worked 15 min and extremely slow. Ols address this as it is a basic need for any hotel »

« I have absolutely nothing negative to say about my stay here. The room was spacious and impeccably clean. Breakfast was delicious with a wide range of items. Service staff was unbelievably professional and helpful. Not to mention the most gorgeous mall directly across the street. If my travels ever find me in Lucknow again, I will 100% stay here. »

« Great feeling with the renovation and upgrades. I am pleasantly surprised. Food was really great. It felt nice returning to Lucknow and stay at the Clarks because of our past shared history with the town. Clarks was then the only star feeling in a small town steeped in its own culture, time and moods. »

« Good hotel. I’ve been coming to this hotel for the past three years and it’s keeping its good quality and standards. However I had a room near the lift which are quite noisy and I had asked my room to be changed but unfortunately my request was not processed in due time and I got busy with my meetings and no one got back to me. Also the buffet is nice, but it lacks of innovation as every evening it used to be more or less the same food. »

« Staff was excellent. Breakfast was very good. Rooms are clean and neat, hot water is near perfect. Hallways carpet must be replaced very old and not clean enough. »

« Excellent hôtel. Confort, propreté, personnel qualifié. Excellent rapport qualité prix. Très bon hôtel pour décompresser pendant un séjour en Inde. Bravo. »

« This place was terrible!!! Stay away! »

« Dans une rue perpendiculaire et non sur la rue principale (erreur carte 200m à gauche voir photo). Personnel très sympa. Chambre de bonne taille confortable et calme »

« Super helpful staff, hotel with old style decor, overall it was a good stay. »
