"What I didn't like was the deceptive pricing during check-in. I booked via Expedia $84.68 per night w/ option to pay later. Instead, I was charged $150/night for 14 nights. Nice facility, but do your homework & I won't be doing anymore business with Ocean Drive Beach Resort."

"Directly across the road from the small Monrovia airport, very convenient for early morning flight. Nicely air conditioned lobby, halls and room. Restaurant was very good. View of the river is very nice and a pleasant and relaxing sit. Great option for overnight stay for early flights, worth the money."

Very large investment made here to modernize this hotel: bathrooms new with strong pressure and hot water plentiful, comfortable beds and bedding. Restaurant and bar service with actual edible cuisine, (well, food) and espresso. Decor is pretty spartan though, merely functional. Staff and management is responsive and professional.
