Recherche d’hôtels − Kisii County

« The food is excellent and very friendly staff. The rooms were nice except the last day there was no hot water to shower. Where our rooms were located, there was a lot of noise outside all night »

« I fell in love with Kisii, much in thanks to Humphrey's Hill House. Their property is spectacular. Lush gardens with a enormous pavillion, trails, and many beautiful places to sit and take in the views. Very tastefully decorated with local cultural artifacts. Staff where ALL kind, curious, and professional. We especially enjoyed the hospitality in the rooftop lounge, where the music, good and cocktails were all very much enjoyed. My favourite parts of the room were the large window bed and rain...

« Very attentive staff »

« For the village, the accommodation is not too bad however the lighting in the room was poor and the door to the bathroom was broken. For 60$ it’s not value for money. It’s more like a 30$ place. Positives were the staff who were very kind and went above and beyond. Their food was also really good! Good breakfast totally worth it but I would not stay here again »

« This property does not accept reservations made via Hotels.com. They claim not to have any contract or agreement with Hotels.com. »

« The esthetic was nice, but that is the only thing. Rooms, amenities from internet, bed horrible, no fridge in the room, I had a baby, it was stressful. Staff are slow, the internet was a nightmare, just so much wrong with this place, I will not go back here. »

« Very helpful and kind staff. Good service. Nice and clean accommodation. Highly recommendable hotel »

« My room was cancelled after being on the plane 23 hours I get there and they tell me my room was canceled and I don’t how that was possible! So I would a refund because I paid for it thanks! »

« They don't know Expedia, just don't pay, you will be embarrassed. »
