The breakfast room was shoved into a room that was hardly big enough to hold the folks that were in there, and due to the chairs in the height of the table, I felt I was at the kitty’s table for Thanksgiving dinner. My room was extremely clean and well appointed, however, the air conditioner was real loud and kept me up most of the evening. I tried to turn it off, but it got too warm and stuffy in the room."

"Pretty disappointed. Their pool was out of commission yesterday and they did not stipulate that when making the reservation nor when I checked in. I had to ask about it. I would have absolutely stayed at another one of the 10+ hotels so our girls could have swam. (They were extremely disappointed !) This has always been our #1 choice in Manhattan but will reconsider it from now on. Plus, I don’t recall them EVER charging $15.00 to park at the hotel before. No free breakfast and the Starbucks across the street has closed. Room was clean. Shower leaked into the bathroom. Bed was comfy. Tons of pillows. Good location to campus. "
