"Unfortunately due to the freezing cold temperatures we were unable to access the outdoor heated pool and hot tub which was a big sell on staying at this location. The rest of our experience was pretty good would like to come back in the fall time to get the full experience. "

"We had a wonderful stay at Woodwards White Mountain Resort. The room was clean, modern, and cozy. The bed was super comfortable, and the staff was friendly and helpful throughout our visit. "The room, at a glance appeared clean. But, Someone (property manager) should visit each room and check the cleaning. The baseboard tops in our bathroom and the floor corners are dirty. (room 404). The carpet vacuuming should be checked at the points were the carpet meets the walls and bed. A nozzle should be used. The bed and pillows were very nice and comfortable. Counter tops were clean. Breakfast was good and the woman working the kitchen/dining room was excellent. The shampoo dispenser was empty and there weren't any water cups in the bathroom."

"Room was nice. Had random orange Beatles in the bathroom. The lady at the front desk was nice enough, but complained about everything the entire time. The computers, the system, Expedia…just negative. Burnt cookies."
