"Rooms were clean and tidy. Staff went out of their way to resolve a couple of minor issues (out of their control). Bar is only open from 4pm daily. We were in rooms 1,2 and 3 and the rooms above were quite noisy "

"5 stars all round! The staff are very helpful and go the extra mile to make sure your stay is as comfortable as possible. Awesome atmosphere. The bar and pool was my favourite place to be. Only downside was our aircon kept leaking however that could’ve been due to the humidity but it still didn’t put a damper on things. Thank you to all the staff. Definitely be back. "

"Its quite dated now for the price you pay. Bed is 2 singles together & you feel the join & its not a comfortable bed. The phone is hopeless due to service/static so was hopeless trying to order room service or ringing reception. Justbso you are aware The menu/food not the best & when its theme nights you cant order anything else except off the snack menu so not good if you have no transport to go elsewhere.I only stay here if i travel on my own due to having a private pool room otherwise we stay...

"Amazing location, staff were very friendly, came with everything we could have needed and more including free paddle board and kayak hire. Breakfast every morning was fresh and yum. Just a 10/10 spot middle of muri beach couldn’t be happier with our stay at Crystal Blue Lagoon villas"
