I showed them the listing on Hotels.com, which had no surcharges listed, except for dinner. They insisted that beach and pool cost extra. "I will start with the cons before I get into what we enjoyed. First off we didn't get the room we booked. I booked a pool side room but was given sea view room. When I went to ask about it the blonde lady (I will not mention her name) tried to cover it up after I showed her my itinerary.
